A mascot only works if it still looks good on a sticky cup wrap.

Bobaseal started as a brochure brief and turned into a full fictional bubble tea identity. The shop sells customization and an international, eco-friendly angle—so the design had to feel friendly at arm’s length and still hold up when someone is scanning prices for a large milk tea.

What I built

Logo mark, tri-fold menu (outside and inside), cup wraps, peelable stickers, and a business card set. The circular seal face is the anchor: it scales from menu cover to QR-adjacent card layouts without losing personality.

Design choices

Cream panels and red polka dots keep the menu playful; blue blocks and topping photography make the DIY drink path obvious. I sketched layouts and logo animals before locking the system—better to kill a rabbit concept on paper than on a finished mockup.
